Our shared apartments are in Leopoldstadt, Landstraße, Wieden, Margareten, Mariahilf, Neubau, Josefstadt, Alsergrund, Favoriten, Meidling, Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, Brigittenau – most of them inside the Gürtel and close to the University of Vienna, WU, TU and the General Hospital (AKH).

How much does a room cost?

How long can I stay?
Between 3 months and 5 years. The notice period is 3 months.
Can I register my residence (Meldezettel)?
Yes. Registering your main residence is possible for every room – you need it within 3 days of moving in, and for your bank account, e-card, employer and residence permit.
How do I book?
